New Temple View Apartment

The Temple View Apartment area will be updated and densified with the addition of several new three-story structures. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will include three structures that will be constructed along the southern edge of the community. The second phase will include six structures with associated parking and site infrastructure. The buildings will be constructed of insulated concrete forms (ICF) that will overcome many of the challenges of the existing construction. The first phase of construction will begin as soon as building permits are approved and will last about two years. The second phase will begin following phase one and will take about three years to complete.
